Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
- To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.
When do I enter my discount code?
- Your discount code can be added at checkout. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
Was my order successful?
- You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes of placing the order. There may be an issue with the order if you don't receive an email confirmation. Please contact us immediately.
How can I pay for my order?
- We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Does shipping come with tracking?
- All US and European countries orders will come with tracking number. Some countries, such as China, Russia, South Africa, will not come with tracking number, but come with a confirmation number instead.
How do I make a return?
- All unused and undamaged item(s) are returnable. Yes, that's right. You can return the item(s) ANYTIME.
Have you received my return?
- You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact us with your order and tracking number.
I received the wrong order - what now?
- This rarely happens, but we will take full responsibility when it does. We will ship you the correct item at no additional cost AND you can keep the wrong product as compensation.
